Operator controlled mower deck discharge baffle for Riding Mowers and most
Stand-on Mowers.
The first and only discharge baffle designed to maintain compliance by operating
in conjunction with the factory installed discharge shield on your mower.
With Blade Blocker on your mower you can quickly open and close the baffle from
your seat. Just think, no more blowing grass clippings off of mulched areas or
vehicles. Your
properties will look much better the first time you use Blade Blocker, and your
labor to clean up will be considerably reduced! Best of all your customers will
not complain about
grass clippings in freshly mulched areas. The unique design incorporates a
multitude of features that provide versatility and adjustability. Blade Blocker

Walk behind version available
Baffle in the lowered (closed position) blocks the discharge opening. Discharge
shield is shown raised for illustration purposes only. One half inch thick HDPE
(high density
polyethylene) is used for the baffle. Although practically indestructible, it is
easily cut with a hack saw to custom fit your mower's discharge opening.
A small
notch in the
discharge deflector is the only modification required on most mowers. the baffle
can then be operated without any effect on the deflector.
Linkage adjustments allow the baffle to be set from an almost fully closed
position to a fully open setting, or anywhere between. This allows the baffle to
open parallel with the
discharge shield when the baffle is in the raised position without lifting the
shield. High quality linkage assembly compensates for misalignment and assures
tight "no play"
connections.
With the discharge chute raised the Blade Blocker baffle can be flipped into a
fully vertical position when transporting the mower on a trailer.
A unique feature of the baffle material is that it can be heat formed to match a
curved portion of the mower’s discharge opening if required. To shape the
baffle, use a heat
source such as a heat gun, to heat the area which needs to be formed. After
heating the baffle, it can then be formed to the required shape. Following cool
down, the baffle will
retain its formed shape.

DP-1 Mulching Plate -
Fits through 2002 Scag models only
The DP-1 bolts into the discharge opening on Scag Advantage decks. Designed to
increase the mulching of leaves and clippings, it also helps to control grass
clippings in mulched
areas. On walk behind mowers with deck sizes 36", 48", and 52" and riding mowers
with deck sizes 48" and 52", the DP-1 can be installed without or in conjunction
with the
Scag Turbo baffle. To install on 61" walk behinds or 61" and 72" riders the deck
must be equipped with turbo baffle.
•Easy bolt on installation and includes mounting hardware.
•3/16" heavy duty steel construction with an E-coat finish.

Fuel Tags
Even intelligent, well educated people sometimes don't know the difference
between a two-stroke and a four-stroke engine. End the risk and confusion of not
knowing which fuel
goes where once and for all. These anodized aluminum tags provide three visual
means for identifying the proper fuel for each piece of equipment. You do not
even have to be
able to read, just match the color and shape. Simply attach the appropriate tag
to every tool and each fuel can. Workers can now easily identify the proper fuel
when re-fueling.
An investment of only a few dollars can save hundreds of dollars by preventing a

connector pin assembly into the floor. Once the mower is in place you can raise
